Giant Facebook icon

Please get rid of the giant Facebook icon in the upper right corner when inside a book on iPad. I dont use Facebook, and dont like it hanging there in the upper corner. If Im not logged in to facebook, I should at least have the option of hiding it!
Also, still no full-size keyboard on 12.9" iPad Pro.
