Why arent there zero stars?

Idiotic app. No page numbers. Instead pages are numbered within chapters so if you forget to bookmark you may never again find your place. Who actually knows what chapter they are reading. And - the worst outsourced customer service ever. Ever. The scripts they are given - beyond annoying. After 45 minutes absolutely NOTHING solved. Get Kindle. Works seamlessly.
