This app is stupid

I started using kobo since borders went out of business. I use google play as well sometimes but kobo is SO much more convenient. I can adjust things to my liking and preview books before deciding whether or not I want to purchase them

I first started using Kobo on a Literattie e reader. They immediately quit supporting that product, in which Kobo was the only option. Then when I first got an iPad this app didnt work great. But they have made a lot of improvement so once again it is my go to source. Usually books are less expensive than through I reader and both work great on both my iPhone and iPad.

I used to use Kobo. When I try to log in with Facebook, it tells me that my email is already in use and to log in with email/password. But I forgot my password, and theres no (obvious) button to ask for a new one. I guess Ill stick with kindles.

Idiotic app. No page numbers. Instead pages are numbered within chapters so if you forget to bookmark you may never again find your place. Who actually knows what chapter they are reading. And - the worst outsourced customer service ever. Ever. The scripts they are given - beyond annoying. After 45 minutes absolutely NOTHING solved. Get Kindle. Works seamlessly.

I downloaded Kobo because ePub seller said this app would solve problems I was experiencing with their ePubs in iBooks. If I have to use Kobo to read their ePubs theyve lost a customer. Problems: 1) Cant paste password to log in 2) Facebook links everywhere 3) Book formatting terrible in landscape mode 4) User interface while reading is counterintuitive. Needless to say, Ill be deleting Kobo from my device as soon as I finish this review.

Easy and comfortable

This app automatically opens a dictionary window when text is selected. This is very annoying when I just want to highlight. Please provide an option to turn that function off.

Great app. Love having the ability to read anywhere I am whenever I want no matter what time it is just a touch and my books are all there and for someone like me who can read a book a day (lol seems that way) it makes it very handy

Really, really love this app!

The title of my review says it all. Ive tried reloading the app; Ive tried everything. Had it for a couple of years now and have never been able to download a book and read it on my iPad. Never.

I have been using kobo for a while. I love the interactivity. The responsiveness seems a little slow sometimes but other than that its great.

Cant recommend this app even though its content has potential, navigating the options is a very frustrating experience.

They dont care about bringing good people onto their development teams so their technology is always full of bugs.

This really is a great app.

I love so much about this app. I love that I can change my background to the book shelf, I really love that I can totally customize my reading screen color, font, how bright it is, how I turn the page. My favorite is curl. It looks like a real page. Theres lots of free book options as well as lots of new releases. Thanks for making wonderful.

You offer to sign in with my Bol.com account but it wont let me and I know my login details are correct. Please fix and I will change review accordingly.

I love Kobo. Good selection. Very convenient and user friendly.

It functions great (similar to iBooks), but I really love the reading statistics (tracks how long it takes you to read the book, how many sessions, etc) and access in the book to comments from other Kobo readers. I purposely continue to buy books from Kobo for these features, which I havent seen on iBooks.

LOVE IT! Love the quick easy access to whatever current novel I am into. Warning: highly addictive. Would recommend to anyone who loves to curl up with a good book.
